Opportunities Week (15th-22nd January 2016)

FREE sports and societies taster sessions open to all UOP students – try something new!

The Sport and Recreation department and Student’s Union are working together to offer lots of FREE sports, fitness classes and activities for you to get involved in during Opportunities Week. This is the perfect opportunity to try something new, or get back into an activity. Activities include:

  • Dodgeball, Golf, Hip Hop Dance, Hockey, Kayaking, Mindfulness and Meditation, Pilates, Running, Squash, Swim Pool Party (waves, flumes and access to spa facilities), Yoga, and much more!!!
