We strive to deliver excellence in all our areas of delivery, but most importantly in delivering an excellent service to our users. We also want to have a positive impact on the student experience. We want to be considered as a friendly, helpful, conscientious, knowledgeable, and professional. We’d like to be seen as a department that adds value to the student experience and all of our facility users. When people use our facilities once, or every day, we want you to keep coming back.
