Cardio Training Workshop

Hit a plateau with your cardio fitness? Join us for a 30 minute session, to help you shift your cardio fitness into gear, burn calories and sweat. This workshop is designed to help you maximise your cardio workouts in the gym. You’ll have an instructor present to motivate you and challenge you with different styles of cardio workouts. Use this knowledge in your own training, or simply come along for a bit of variation.

Who is it for?

FREE for all members interested in Cardio workouts or looking for a new way to boost their cardio workouts. This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as experienced exercisers.

What will the workshop cover?

Cardio is an important element for a well rounded fitness programme. You’ll use CV equipment such as exercise bikes, arc trainers and rowers as well as body weight exercises in the gym to challenge your heart and lungs. This workshop will leave you breathing heavy and sweating – so you know you have worked out. Our friendly and encouraging instructor will be on hand to make sure you get the most from your cardio workout, challenging you in ways you never knew you could push yourself in the gym. Let us help you improve your heart strength, lung capacity, and maximise your calories burnt, so you can conquer the dreaded stairs at the gym with ease!
