Female Weights Workshops

This female weights workshop aims to help build your confidence and increase your knowledge on weightlifting. We welcome all fitness levels – whether you are completely new to weightlifting or looking to improve your technique. Our fully qualified instructors, Emily, Amber, and Amanda will be demonstrating technique, providing advice and encouragement during the workshops.

Who is it for?

FREE for all female members interested in learning more about lifting weights. Our aim is to increase your confidence and knowledge in the weights area so you feel comfortable training on your own. This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as experienced exercisers.

What will the workshop cover?

The benefits of weightlifting are not just reserved for men. Whatever your goal when it comes to fitness, weightlifting can help. You’ll become stronger as well as increasing your knowledge. The workshops will cover a different theme and body part each week.  You do not have to attend each session if you do not wish to. You will receive a free programme of the exercises you have covered at the end of each workshop. If you attend all our sessions, you will be able to demonstrate a number of different weightlifting techniques for a full body workout that you can use confidently on your own. You will also have a network of other participants to help you when in the gym.
