Fitpole 5 week courses

Fitpole courses are great for improving strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

Whether you are new to pole fitness or have previous experience we have a class suitable for you. Our friendly instructor will teach you a combination of spins, tricks and transitional moves linked together with basic choreography moves.

Course Length: 5 Weeks

Cost: £31.50 for Members and PDC members / £47.50 for Non-Members

For: Beginner to advanced levels available

What is Pole Fitness?

Pole Fitness is a combination of dance and gymnastic moves performed on and around a vertical pole. There are many different pole moves including; spins, tricks, floor work, dance and transitional moves, pole to floor and floor to pole moves and inversions. Pole dancing is growing in popularity as a form of exercise, with an increased awareness of the fitness benefits. There are classes nationwide and many people now own their own pole at home.


What we are offering?

  • 1 x 60 minute small group studio based instructor-led sessions each week.
  • A maximum of 12 people on the course so you’ll get the attention you deserve from your instructor.
