Functional movements can be described as those based on real world situational biomechanics. They usually move in a variation of planes, covers a range of joints as well as place demand on a range of muscle groups. Want to move better day to day? Join one of our instructors for a 45 minute session, to help you lift, push and pull better, using full body movements and various equipment. Challenge every muscle in your body at these workshops. 

Who is it for?

FREE for all members interested in training using functional movements and a range of equipment. This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as experienced exercisers who want to push their workouts.

What will the workshop cover?

Functional training is a great way to maximise your time in the gym. Working large muscle groups to make movements in your day to day life easier. This 45 minute gym based class is designed to make you move better and keep your body guessing each week. Challenge yourself and take on the unknown by seeing what equipment and exercises we have in store for you. Your session will be a constantly varied, functional fitness session while your body remains challenged.
