If you have an injury or medical condition which is impacting your training then book into the injury clinic to see how you can work around these. Using a range of methods you can use the 10 minutes to discuss adaptations to your workout to maximise your results, without further impact.

Who is it for?

FREE for all members who have concerns about an injury when working out. If you’re looking for specialist advice regarding an injury or medical condition, which is impacting on your fitness routine then book in for a session.

What will the workshop cover?

If you’re experiencing pain or discomfort during some of your workouts, no matter how small, book in to the injury clinic. Each clinic is 10 minutes long will look to provide recommendations to support your fitness goals while living with your injury or medical conditions. As well as being able to support individuals getting back into fitness after injury and operations. We can work in conjunction with Doctors, Physiotherapists and other specialists to help return individuals to a more active and healthy lifestyle without further impacting your injury. If you have any questions about training with short or long term injuries, medical conditions or general advice based on what a Doctor has said, get booked in.
