Krav Maga 5 week course

Learn self-defence with the art of Krav Maga, combining fitness and strength exercises with self defence techniques.

Krav Maga will equip you with the necessary tools to be able to defend yourself on the street. This course is designed to be interactive and fun and is suitable for complete beginners. You will work in groups of two or more, learning the basics of combatives. We will cover falls and ground defences, plus how to defend yourself against various grabs, chokes punches and kicks.

What is Krav Maga?

A popular form of self defence, Krav Maga means “contact combat” in Hebrew. Developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in the 1940s for use by the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga is popular across the world and focuses on on improving fitness and self defence for all individuals.

 

What we are offering?

  • 1 x 60 minute small group studio based instructor led session a week.
  • A maximum of 16 people on the course so you’ll get the attention you deserve from your instructor.

Our Krav Maga course offers fun sessions with a focus on self defence and fitness. The training will simulate real-world situations, looking at falls and ground defences as well as how to defend yourself against various grabs, chokes punches and kicks in small groups.

We will look at dealing with throws and falls, plus armed and unarmed attacks from singular and multiple attackers. We will look at various scenarios and circumstances, and show you how to overcome them.
