Mindful Meditation is a great way to reconnect your awareness to the present moment.

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing your attention to experiences happening in the present moment. One way to develop this is through meditation.

What is mindful meditation?

Seated relaxation

Mindful meditation is a mental training practice, involving focusing your mind on your experiences, so your own emotions, thoughts, and sensations in the present moment.

Mindful meditation can involve breathing practice, mental imagery, awareness of body and mind, as well as muscle and body relaxation.

 

What we are offering?

  • 1 x 30 minute small studio based instructor-led sessions each week.
  • A maximum of 15 people on the course so you’ll get the attention you deserve from your instructor.
