What is Mindful Meditation?

Mindful meditation is a mental training practice, involving focusing your mind on your experiences, so your own emotions, thoughts, and sensations in the present moment.

Mindful meditation can involve breathing practice, mental imagery, awareness of body and mind, as well as muscle and body relaxation.

 

What are we offering?

The course will teach you mindfulness exercises using your breath, to help calm and refocus both your body and mind.

Each week of the course will leave you with a different technique, to take away and practice to help with the fast paced world we live in.
