Our Pilates courses teach the moves of Pilates in a small group setting, because attention to each person is essential.

 

New or experienced with Pilates, this course is for you.

Our friendly instructor guides you through the Pilates moves focusing on precision and breath to challenge your postural muscles, to create strength and improve mobility.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.

It focuses on the mind-body connection, because doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

Exercises can be modified to provide either a gentle strength training program, or a challenging workout and most people would have no problem with this form of exercise.
