Our Pilates courses teaches the moves of Pilates in a small group setting, because individual attention is important.

Our instructor guides you through the Pilates moves focusing on precision and breath to challenge your postural muscles, to create strength and improve mobility.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.

It focuses on the mind-body connection, because doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

Exercises can be modified to provide either a gentle strength training program, or a challenging workout and most people would have no problem with this form of exercise.

 

What we are offering?

  • 1 x 60 minute small studio based instructor-led sessions each week.
  • A maximum of 8 people on the course so you’ll get the attention you deserve from your instructor.
