Working through the posterior chain of muscles through the back, hips and neck can improve posture and relieve discomfortPull exercises are performed when the muscle or movement pull weight toward the body during the concentric phase of the movement. The muscle then lengthens as the weight moves away from the body during the eccentric phase of the exercise. The main muscle groups worked are the lats as well as other muscles in your back including trapezius and rhomboids, in addition to your rear delts, biceps, and forearms. These moves will all be broken down into a usable format that you can performa a workout from.
