Push Workshops

Push Workshop

This push workshop is an upper body and lower body workout based around ‘Push’ exercises using weights, cables and bars. Some exercises can be categorised into push and pull moves. Exercises such as a shoulder press being a push and a barbell row being a pull.

Who is it for?

FREE for all members wanting to learn about squats or looking for a new way to boost their leg workouts. This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as experienced lifters who want to push their workouts.

What will the workshop cover?

As the name suggests, push exercises involve movements in which you push the weights away from your body. These exercises typically focus on the quads, outer thighs, chest, shoulders, and triceps. Want more confidence with lifting weights or not sure what a ‘Push’ exercise is? These workouts are great for anyone, if you lift weights for health, strength and fitness or whether you’re an aspiring bodybuilder. A push routine, when combined with a pull routine is usually spread out over a few days of training. This allows you to complete shorter workouts, which may fit into a busy schedule easier than longer, total body workouts do.
