Our Transformation Challenge 2019 will help give you the confidence and self belief to achieve your fitness goals this year.

Launching 11th February this package is the perfect way to train with a small group of like minded people, achieve your goals and set you on the right path for the new year ahead.

Times: 19:30 each week

Location: St Paul’s Gym

Course Length: 5 Weeks

Cost: £31.75 for Members / £47.50 non members

What is Transformation Challenge?

Do you want to look and feel your absolute best? Are you fed up with not getting results or just simply looking to change up your workout routine? We are offering 5 weeks of 1 hour small group Personal Training sessions within [email protected], gym space at Spinnaker Sports Centre. Nutritional plans are included as well as a weekly personalised workout depending on your fitness goals. With a maximum of 8 people on the course, you’ll get the attention you deserve from our instructor.


What we are offering?

Before the course starts our instructor will take your body measurements and weight. This information solely remains between the client and instructor. After the 5 week course we will take the measurements again to see the progress you have made. You will also receive 1 ½ Personal Training sessions with your instructor as well as full access to our UOP Gym app which we will use to monitor your progress and change your weekly workouts. The person with the best transformation at the end of the course will receive 5 free PT sessions.
