- Finely chop the onion, chilli & garlic and add to the pan for 2-3 mins
- Chop the chicken into chunks and marinade in the Nandos rub before adding to the pan
- After 5-10 mins add in the broccoli, peas & sweetcorn. Chop the broccoli quite small so it cooks quicker
- Cook through until the chicken is done and then serve!
Try this meal on its own to keep it low carb, or add some rice/noodles to it, you can always add some light soy sauce if you need it or a great low-calorie sauce option in Sriracha.
