We’re all about helping you get the most out of your training. We recognise that although our fitness classes are fantastic, if you’re in the room with 30 other people it can be a bit overwhelming. We also get that your needs may be better suited to a small group training scenario. Alongside our normal class programme we have developed a programme of select fitness classes. Our EXTRA programme allows you to workout in small group training sessions, and receive more one-to-one time with our experienced instructors.
We have a range of classes available and will develop a wide range of skills from running, free weights all the way through to mental training through meditation. The classes covered under the EXTRA programme includes Female Weights Workshops, RunFIT, Stretch and Flex, Cardio Tennis and Mindful Meditation, as well as our Virtual SPRINT class.
Our EXTRA Classes cost £3.75 for members and £5.75 for non-members.
