Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is a combination of dance and gymnastic moves performed on and around a vertical pole. There are many different pole moves including; spins, tricks, floor work, dance and transitional moves, pole to floor and floor to pole moves and inversions. 

Pole dancing is growing in popularity as a form of exercise, with an increased awareness of the fitness benefits. There are classes nationwide and many people now own their own pole at home.

Our 5 week courses are taught in levels, starting with the beginner course you will learn the base moves, gaining confidence and strength. You will then progress onto more advanced tricks and inverted moves on the pole all under the watchful eye of your experienced instructor.

Beginner courses are for those brand new to pole fitness or have completed only one course. Intermediate is anyone who has completed one or more courses.
