Fitpole: New Courses starting 22nd and 23rd November

Fitpole courses are great for improving strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

Whether you are new to fitpole or have previous experience we have a class suitable for you. Our friendly instructor will teach you a combination of spins, tricks and transitional moves linked together with basic choreography moves.

Date: 22nd Nov – 13th Dec & 23rd Nov – 14th Dec

Time: Thursday’s and Friday’s 19:00-20:00 & 20:00-21:00

Location: Spinnaker Sports Centre

Course Length: 5 Weeks

Cost: £25 for Members and PDC members / £38 for Non-Members

For: Anyone wishing to develop skill and strength


What is Pole Fitness?

Pole Fitness is a combination of dance and gymnastic moves performed on and around a vertical pole. There are many different pole moves including; spins, tricks, floor work, dance and transitional moves, pole to floor and floor to pole moves and inversions. Pole dancing is growing in popularity as a form of exercise, with an increased awareness of the fitness benefits. There are classes nationwide and many people now own their own pole at home.


What are we offering?

Our 4 week courses are taught in levels. Starting with the beginner course you will learn the base moves, gaining confidence and strength each week you will then progress onto more advanced tricks and inverted moves on the pole all under the watchful eye of your experienced instructor. Our courses are run in small groups to give you the best tuition possible. The course running up until Christmas vacation will give you the perfect compliment of skills and knowledge to improve your skills in future courses.
