Holistic classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and stimulate recovery of the muscles. As well as provide that all important brain training. Members can book classes for FREE unless stated otherwise, non members can book classes for £5.75.

Learn how to use breathing exercises to help reduce stress and improve concentration, because concentration is key to improved productivity.

PILATES

Low-impact exercise class that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

YOGA

Feel relaxed and stretch your potential while rejuvenating your body and mind. A traditional Hatha class focusing on the breath while developing flexibility and calming the mind.  

YOGA FITNESS

This is an effective and exciting mind body workout. Using elements of Hatha Yoga with traditional exercises in a flow format to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
