JANUARY GYM CHALLENGE

Test your grip strength and see how long you can hang for?

FITPOLE

Whether you are new to pole fitness or have previous experience we have a class suitable for you. Our friendly instructor will teach you a combination of spins, tricks and transitional moves linked together with basic choreography moves.

LEARN TO EAT WELL

Book your free 10 minute personal conversation with a member of the fitness team to discuss healthy eating habits

UPPER BODY TRAINING 

Join a member of the fitness team on the gym floor for a 60 minute lower training session.

Date: Thursday 30 January

Time: 17.30-18.30

Location: St Paul’s Gym 

Cost: £3.75 members £5.75 non members

All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome and will receive a FREE programme of the session.
