November Gym Challenge

How many reps can you bench in 1 mintue? Men will bench 40kg. Females will bench a 20kg bar.

Date: Friday 1 November – Saturday 30 November 

Location: St Pauls Gym

Cost: FREE to gym members.

Strength Training

Join a member of the fitness team on the gym floor for a 60 minute strength training session.

Date: Thursday 28 November

Time: 17.30-18.30

Location: St Pauls Gym.

Cost:  £3.75 Members £5.75 Non-members

All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome and will receive a FREE programme of the session.

Learn to use Platforms, racks & bars

Book your 20 minute 1-2-1 session with a member of the fitness team to learn how to use the platforms,racks and bars within the gym safely and effectively.

Date: Friday 22 November

Times: 11.35 / 12.00 / 12.25 / 12.50 / 13.15 / 13.40

Whether you are new to pole fitness or have previous experience we have a class suitable for you. Our friendly instructor will teach you a combination of spins, tricks and transitional moves linked together with basic choreography moves.
