FEBRUARY GYM CHALLENGE

How many steps can you do in one minute? Will you be crowned King or Queen of the February challenge?

LEARN TO PERFECT YOUR FORM

Book your free 15 minute session to learn how to perfect your form in a exercise of your choice with an instructor.

WOMENS STRENGTH TRAINING COURSE

A 5 week strength course specifically designed for women. Participants must have a basic knowledge of strength training and be competent using free weights.

DATE: Thursday 27 February – Thursday 26 March 

TIME: 18:30-20:00

LOCATION: St Paul’s Gym 

COST: £40 members / £50 non-members
