Crush the garlic and chop the chilli and place in the pan with a drop of oil for 2-3 minutes
Season the tuna steaks on both sides with black pepper and add to the pan
Slowly cook the steaks on a medium heat for 5-10 mins (depends on the thickness of the steaks, until they are nearly cooked through)
Add the samphire to the pan and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Once the tuna is cooked through serve and garnish with a squeeze of lime.
