We host, organise and deliver a wide range of events throughout the year for you to get involved in. We have large scale events like Varsity, This Girl Can week and Students Vs. Staff Charity Football Match held at Fratton Park. We also have smaller events throughout the year. Keep an eye out for our next event, and come and get involved.

STRENGTH TRAINING GYM WORKSHOP

Come along for a 60 minute session to learn how to strengthen, define and sculpt your entire body. You’ll learn the positives of strength training, focusing on specific as well as multiple muscles using weights to help you reach your goal.

How many bench press reps can you perform in 1 minute? Men will bench 40kg. Females will bench a 20kg bar. The bench press is a key compound move often utilised in many workouts. Head to St. Paul’s Gym reception to take part.
