THE PURPLE REIGN of SAILING

BUCS END OF SEASON REPORT:

SAILING

FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Hebe Hemming

A fantastic year for the Sailing Club, achieving more BUCS points than we have done in recent years! This year the team sent to BUCS Qualifiers successfully qualified for Playoffs, again this is the first time in several years that Portsmouth has done that, especially impressive due to it being a less experienced team. Despite the fact it was cancelled we had a team entered for the Match Racing, as well as a top-level team entered for Yachting. We have also had good results at our non-BUCS events this year and look forward to improving our results in the coming year.

The MVP Formula to cross pollinate statistical information across a range of sports is a closely guarded secret and has taken a team of scientists decades to construct in a top secret base in the Alps.

The whereabouts of these scientists is currently unknown…
