Not decided on your exercise routine yet this year? Come along for our FREE taster week. We have a host of activities available including our new gym programme as well as drop-in sport sessions and 5-week course tasters. All sessions are FREE to attend and suitable for all levels, simply book on through our app UOP Sport or through reception. You can download a printable Tasters Week programme to keep available to help you plan your week.
